Psychometric Assessment
Psychometric questionnaires are often used as part of the recruitment selection procedure.
Having many years of experience Louise offers psychometric assessment to corporate clients and recruitment agencies. She is trained to British Psychological Society (BPS) level A and level B.
Psychometric questionnaires, also known as personality questionnaires or assessments, look at behavioural styles not abilities. They assess how individuals see themselves in terms of personality.
The questionnaire is completed by the candidate via the internet. Feedback is then given to the client (either the recruitment consultant and/or the line manager or HR professional involved in the assignment). Feedback is accompanied by a written report. The candidate also receives written and verbal feedback.
We can also plan and run assessment centres. These can include interviews, in-tray exercises, group exercises, verbal and numerical tests and personality profiles. Each assessment centre is tailored to the needs of the client but here are two examples of centres that we have organised.
